Description

To Our Annapolis County Community,                                              January, 24th, 2012

We want to continue to provide the affordable home of choice for seniors and people with disabilities in Annapolis County. We ask your help in making the best choices.

With up to 188 residents receiving our care, we must plan for the future, with care. We want you to hear about the plans we have. We want to listen to what you have to say about those plans affecting:

  • Mountain Lea Lodge
  • Adult Residential Centre
  • Supervised Apartments
  • Community Support Services
  • Enriched housing

Will you or your organization help us get our care plans right?  Please be included in this important process. Say you will come, listen, and have your say in our planning.
You are invited to attend one or all planning sessions. Please feel free to forward this to anyone you think can help.
